The Excelerator Coaching™ Great Questions
Welcome! This page includes questions from the five principles in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model: Engage, Enlighten, Empower, Excel, and Evolve.
The principle-based questions can be used exactly as they are or as a starting point to guide coaching conversations. Whether you use them exactly as written or you adapt them to meet your coachee's needs, they are designed to foster productive, future-focussed conversations.
How it Works:
- Each card presents a series of questions that reflect the core skills, behaviours, and intentions of the corresponding principle in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model.
- The button on the card generates randomized questions from that principle.
- During a coaching conversation, just click the "Generate Question" button to receive a unique, principle-based coaching question.
You can visit this page as often as you like during and after your coach training.
